This 20,000 square foot industrial building was constructed in 2001 by Allegra Development and is currently occupied by Aim Plastics and Accurate Injection Mold.

The industrial building features a 2 1/2 ton crane, full air conditioning in the shop, 20 clear height in the shop, two overhead doors, custom oak doors and extensive use of custom ceramic tile. AIM was able to obtain a ten year tax abatement for this industrial building.
